It’s often easy for the lowly blogger to forget how powerful words can be. After all, when you’re spewing words all day long and every day, it’s sometimes easy to lose sight of the overall impact. Is anyone listening? Does it really matter?

It gave me goose bumps and has stuck with me since. Yes, words are powerful. Our words, more importantly the way we use our words, can mean the difference between talking at our customers and engaging with them.
Think about how you can change your message to really resonate with your target audience. Are you creating an emotional response? Are you driving action? Will they remember it? The truth is, if you’re not doing at least one of these three things, then you might as well be speaking another language entirely.
When it comes to your brand and your customer interaction, words should be more than a combination of letters on a page. There should be meaning behind them.
What’s your message?
